My name is Sarah, my little boy Albert was born with a single ventricle heart (along with other defects of the heart). This blog is about mine along with my husband's journey as parents of such a special little boy! It will also be about learning to be a new mum and all the the thoughts, feelings and musing that go along with this amazing time in life!!
